1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the lycky8 website, creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. lycky8 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use or using this platform, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Account Registration

To use lycky8, you must create a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You may only hold one active account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. lycky8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with, or allow access to, any other person. All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact lycky8 support immediately.
• lycky8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documentation such as a valid CNIC, passport, or proof of address as part of this process.

Account registration is free. lycky8 does not charge any fees for opening or maintaining a standard member account.

4. Deposits & Payments

lycky8 supports PKR-denominated deposits through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, PKR debit/credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All transactions on the platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Deposits are generally credited to your lycky8 account within a few minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking conditions.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
• lycky8 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider if you are unsure.
• Only deposit funds that genuinely belong to you. Depositing funds from a payment method registered to another person is prohibited.
• lycky8 reserves the right to request proof that the depositing payment account belongs to you before processing withdrawals on that deposit method.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at lycky8 are processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever possible, as a standard fraud prevention measure.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our team within the timeframe displayed in your account. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are visible within your account settings.
• lycky8 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been met in full. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• lycky8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or a breach of these terms.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts held in your own name.

6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports markets on lycky8. Sport-specific rules are displayed on the relevant betting pages.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed and confirmed.
• Bets are only valid once a confirmation message and bet reference number have been issued by the platform. Pending or unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• In the event of a clear pricing error (for example, incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault), lycky8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the member's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• lycky8 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual members at its discretion, particularly where patterns of exploitative or irregular betting are identified.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement rules follow the governing body's official result. Dead Heat rules apply where applicable.
• lycky8 does not accept bets placed by automated means, bots, scripts, or any method other than manual interaction through the platform interface.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

lycky8 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds events, and PSL-specific promotions. Full terms for each individual promotion are published on the Promotions page and apply in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or on request, depending on the specific promotion. Check the relevant promotion page for activation instructions.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the minimum amount you must bet using bonus funds before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or markets as specified in the individual promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through multi-accounting, using another person's account, or placing offsetting bets — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• lycky8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until all applicable wagering requirements are met.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lycky8. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is registered in another person's name.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, artificial intelligence, or software to interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lycky8 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not permitted.

lycky8 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in matters involving suspected fraud, financial crime, or sporting integrity breaches. Any funds identified as being connected to prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

9. Privacy & Data

lycky8 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and the management of member accounts. This includes registration data, identity verification documents, transaction records, betting history, and platform usage data.

Personal data is used to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with any applicable reporting requirements. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

lycky8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or money laundering.
• Irregular or exploitative betting patterns.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Request by the member to close their own account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. If no breach is found following investigation, full access to the account and any available balance will be restored.

Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting lycky8 support. Any outstanding settled balance at the time of closure will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirement being in place.

12. Limitation of Liability

lycky8 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times. However, the following limitations apply:

• lycky8 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or disruptions to third-party payment services that are outside our direct control.

• Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident.
